Barbara Martin focuses her practice in wills, trusts, complex trust and estate planning, estate administration, and elder law, as well as, business transactions and real estate.
She clerked for the Honorable Judge Stephen A. Mochary. Ms. Martin graduated from Seton Hall University Law School ('99) and Rutgers University ('96). Ms. Martin was a member of the Seton Inn of Courts.
Ms. Martin is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and District Court of New Jersey. Currently, she is a member of NAELA, National Academy of Elder Lawyers. She is active in her community as the President of the Friends of the Haworth Library and is a former Trustee of the American Red Cross.
She is a frequent speaker on Elder Law issues.
